The registered nature of the business is non-specialised wholesale trade. The company name sets out the general area: fasteners and fixings.
Non-specialised wholesale trade is exactly what it sounds like: the company is not registered to one narrow product class. Fasteners and fixings are the general area the business is named for, and that is the sensible starting point for an enquiry — but it is a description of the trade, not a declaration that any particular item sits on a shelf.
So this page does not carry a product list, a catalogue, part numbers or prices. Anything of that kind published in advance would be out of date the week after it went up, and a buyer would be entitled to rely on it. Instead, each enquiry is answered on its own facts.
If what you need falls outside what we can sensibly supply, we will tell you so rather than quote around it.
Everything in that second column is settled in writing on the quotation, where it belongs.
As a wholesale business we deal with other businesses: firms buying goods to sell on, and firms buying for use in their own work. Distributors, merchants, workshops, maintenance and production buyers, and contractors' buying offices are all typical of the sort of enquiry we are set up to answer.
An enquiry is easier to answer well when it comes from someone who can give a specification, a quantity and a delivery address for the quotation. If you are buying as a private individual, this is unlikely to be the right place to start.
New buying companies are asked for their registered name and company number so that quotations, and any account paperwork that follows, are raised against the right legal entity.
Send it across and we will come back to you in writing.
